Yes. Delivery time may vary depending on order quantity, product category, stock availability, logo customization, packaging customization, manual language, accessory bundle and any software, hardware or appearance customization requirements. More complex projects may require additional preparation before mass production.

Delivery time is confirmed according to the selected product model, order quantity, customization requirements, packaging details, material preparation and production schedule. For customized orders, AUSEK’s standard production reference is usually 20–25 days after key order details are confirmed. The final timeline should be confirmed before production starts.

Before placing a wholesale order, buyers should confirm the final product model, specifications, quantity, unit price, logo, packaging, user manual, accessories, certification requirements, sample approval, delivery schedule and shipping details. Confirming these details in advance helps AUSEK arrange production, quality control and shipment more efficiently.

To receive an accurate quotation, buyers should provide the product model or product category, order quantity, target market, required certifications, logo requirements, packaging style, manual language, accessory bundle and delivery requirements. For OEM or ODM projects, software, hardware, appearance or private mold requirements should also be shared in advance.

Buyers can request a quotation by sending AUSEK the product category, model of interest, estimated order quantity, target market and any customization requirements. If the buyer is not sure which model to choose, AUSEK can recommend suitable camera options based on the intended sales channel, product positioning and price range.

Yes. Buyers can request samples before bulk production to check product appearance, functions, image quality, accessories, packaging direction and market suitability. For customized projects, sample details should be confirmed according to the selected model, logo requirements, packaging design and other customization needs.

AUSEK’s standard MOQ is 1,000 units. The final MOQ may be confirmed based on the product category, selected model, branding requirements, packaging customization, accessory bundle and production arrangement. Buyers are encouraged to share their target product and order plan so AUSEK can confirm the most suitable MOQ for the project.

Buyers can confirm model-specific certifications by providing the product model, target market, required sales channel and compliance requirements. AUSEK can then check the available certification documents and advise whether additional testing or documentation may be needed for the selected product and market.

No. Certifications are not automatically the same for every camera model. Different products may have different certification coverage depending on the product category, function, material, electronic configuration and target market. Buyers should confirm the required certifications for each specific model before quotation or mass production.

Yes. AUSEK can support CPC and EN71 compliance for children’s camera products when applicable. These certifications are especially important for children’s products and toy-related sales channels. Buyers should confirm the target market, product model, age positioning and compliance requirements before placing an order.
